We strive to provide an excellent experience for all our gamers. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for booked slots are processed.
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking according to the following guidelines. To cancel, please log into your account and manage your bookings from your dashboard.
- Full Refund
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled slot time, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
- 50% Refund
If you cancel between 4 and 24 hours before your scheduled slot time, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled slot time are not eligible for a refund.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled booking without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event of a cancellation from our side (e.g., technical issues), you will be offered a full refund or a free reschedule.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
